8 Week Programme Overview

Are you feeling stressed-out? Do you skip regular meals, do little or no exercise, drink alcohol to switch off and relax? These have a rollercoaster effect on our bodies which has a major negative impact on us both mentally and physically. There are certain nutrients associated with having a positive impact on mood. These are part of a healthy, balanced, whole food diet. Combined with a healthy level of exercise you will see a dramatic change in yourself and your ability to tackle life.
